Tips & Suggested Uses:

In many instances, you can substitute fresh olive oil for butter or margarine. In addition to being a healthier alternative, you use a 1/4 less olive oil than you would butter. So you cut calories – TWICE!  *Note: We love baking with olive oil. However – foods like sugar cookies and butter-cream frostings tend to be better indulged using real butter.
